This activity on multiple myeloma care for challenging times will include discussion of treatment for newly diagnosed MM, including common regimens; treatment disparities and best practices; and survivorship care plans and practical tools for long-term management and care. Through the case of Bianca - an African American patient with newly diagnosed MM, our faculty will focus on symptom management, infection control, and nursing implications.
